Equine neglect and abuse in Washington are rising rapidly. Horse rescues around the state are at or over capacity and receiving more calls for help on a daily basis.
After three years in horse rescue, Cowgirl Spirit understands the challenges of horse rescue and the increasing need to find new ways of helping Washington's horses in need.
In response to the rising number of horses suffering from neglect and abuse in Washington, we have developed a new mission to build a strong equestrian network and encourage collaboration among the many individuals and groups in Washington committed to serving our horses in need.
